Zeinab Lomashvili – Member of the Management Board / Director. Ms. Lomashvili was appointed as Director of ProCredit Bank in December 2019. She is currently in charge of the Credit and General Risk, Compliance and AML, HR, Administration and Legal Departments. She has been working for the bank since 2000. Before her appointment as Director, she had been coordinating the development of the business direction of the bank and had held branch manager positions at several branches of ProCredit Bank over the years, including as Credit Manager, Senior Credit Officer and Credit Officer. Zeinab Lomashvili graduated from the ProCredit Regional Academy (North Macedonia) in 2011 and the ProCredit Management Academy (Fürth, Germany) in 2015.
Appointed in December 2021, Zeinab Lomashvili holds the position of Supervisory Board member of ProCredit Bank Romania.

Elene Tsintsadze - Member of the Management Board / Director. Ms. Elene Tsintsadze was appointed to the role of Director in December 2023, and starting January 2024, she became a member of the Management Board. Elene Tsintsadze is in charge of departments including Finance, Accounting and MIS, Financial Analysis and Budgeting, Administration, Correspondent Banking and Centralized Back Office. She has been part of ProCredit Bank since 2020.
Before her appointment as Director, Elene Tsintsadze held the position of Head of the Finance Department. In 2021, she accumulated work experience at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt, Germany, in the field of Finance. With over 13 years of experience in finance, Elene Tsintsadze has demonstrated her skills in various sectors including banking, insurance, energy sector, and others.
Elene Tsintsadze earned her Bachelor's degree in finance from the Georgian American University (GAU) in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in business administration from Ilia State University in 2014. In 2016, she successfully passed the CFA Level1 exam in Paris, France. Since 2022, Elene has been furthering her education at the Management Academy of ProCredit Bank in Fürth, Germany.

Ketevan Burduli - Member of the Management Board / Director. Ms. Ketevan Burduli has been appointed to the role of Director and member of the board of directors at the bank since March 2024. She oversees Retail Banking, Digital Channel Development, Project Management and Business Support, Marketing, and IT departments.
With 20 years of experience in the finance sector, both locally and internationally, Ketevan Burduli began her career at ProCredit Bank in 2004, progressing through various roles in retail and corporate business. She was appointed head of the business department in 2010 and served as a member of the bank's management from 2012 to 2014, leading micro, small, medium, corporate, and institutional business lines, as well as the branch network.
Between 2014 and 2024, she held high-level positions in local and international financial, investment, and consulting firms, focusing on strategic projects, reorganization/restructuring, and corporate and retail business development. In these roles, she held positions such as chief operating officer, chief business officer, senior banker, and senior investment officer.
Ketevan Burduli holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Georgian American University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Economic Relations from Tbilisi State University. She completed programs at ProCredit Bank Regional Academy (North Macedonia) in 2008 and ProCredit Group Management Academy (Fürth, Germany) in 2013.
