In order to create a secure environment for customers and to minimise the need for face-to-face meetings, ProCredit Bank has introduced online banking, which is unprecedented in the Georgian banking sector.
Banking services have moved to the Internet. What does this mean for customers?
- Services that in the past required clients to go to the branch office are now available at ProCredit Direct
 - Open an account online without going to the bank – all in just a few minutes
 - Distance is no longer issue for Georgians abroad − open an account online and get the services you need with only a valid passport or ID card
 
These unique services are available to both existing and new customers through ProCredit Bank’s video identification process available at ProCredit Direct.
- In order to start a video call, you will need to do the following:
 - Download the myDIRECT app (Android or iOS)
 - Fill out an application
 - Choose a quiet place at home and get comfortable
 - Have your ID card/passport and mobile phone with you
 - To ensure that the process goes smoothly, make sure you have a stable Internet connection
