Please be informed that the service of receiving 3D secure code is changing from 1 April 2020. In particular, online card purchases will be confirmed each time by a dynamically generated single source code sent in SMS.

To receive a 3D code for ProCredit Bank VISA and MasterCard cards, the card owner needs to register his/her mobile phone number with the Bank in advance. This service can be available both by visiting the Bank branch and through the Internet banking following the instruction below:

• Choose “My Profile” in the menu, go to “Personal Information”, click on “Telephone Number for Plastic Cards” and enter your contact number.

Advance registration of customer contact numbers is important to ensure that online purchases from the websites having the status “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard Secure Code” are not hindered from 1 April 2020
