A trusted device system can now be used to log into the web version of our Internet Banking platform and the Mobile Bank without using a strong authentication code.

The service is easy to use: For example, in the case of a web browser, you select the web browser of your choice and activate it as a trusted device. Thereafter, each time you log into the system with this browser, you will save time because you do not have to enter a one-time code.

The maximum number of trusted devices is 6, regardless of the device type.

The main user of Internet Banking can activate the device, if holding a complete package, with a TAN confirmation.

General terms:

• A trusted device is valid for six months. It must be reactivated after this period expires, with a TAN confirmation
• You can deactivate/modify/delete the device from the My Profile menu at any time, without a TAN confirmation
• Both legal entities and private individuals can enjoy the service.
