Please be informed that you can now block your ProCredit plastic cards 24/7, not only via Internet Banking, but also via SMS:

• To block your card with the SMS service, please send the text message “BLOCK” (without quotation marks) in Latin letters, along with the last 4 digits of the card to be blocked, to number 2022. If you do not know the last 4 digits of the card, please send the text message “14” (again, without quotation marks) to number 2022.
• To block your card via Internet Banking, please go to the menu and choose: Services - My Cards - Plastic Cards.

Please note that cards can also be blocked through the Call Centre from 9:00 to 22:00 at: 032 220 2222 or *2222.
